Jamie Carroll is board certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, as well as registered to provide massage therapy in the state of Colorado.
Jamie has always lead an active, busy life and, after two serious car accidents, she found that doing anything, even walking and sitting, involved pain. She saw doctors, physical therapists, and others for help and was told that her pain was just a “fact of life.” - that she would never be how she was prior to the accidents and she "might as well get used to it." Not one to give up, she kept on doing the things she loved, including running and weight-lifting, despite the pain.
In 2009, Jamie discovered the benefits of massage therapy. After 7 months of frequent sessions in various types of massage modalities, she discovered that most of her chronic conditions went away. It was then that Jamie realized the power of massage and combined that realization with her desire to help others like her… those who refuse to stop living or let pain dictate their lives. She became a Massage Therapist that same year.

Next, she helps you take control and maintain your well-being for as long as possible between massage therapy sessions by giving you the knowledge and tools you need. Jamie understands that you know yourself best. She is here to assist you with your wellness goals and help you to come up with a plan to reach them. She doesn't believe in locking you down and pushing you into her beliefs of what you should do. Instead, she believes in giving you the knowledge you need to make informed choices to succeed in being a better version of you.
